S & T Billiards was established in 2002 to answer that exact question and to bring high quality cues, cases and accessories to the Baltimore/Washington area.  We decided to bring the cues & cases to pool leagues & venues.  Our passion for excellence is what drove us from the beginning and it still drives us now.
